CORPORATE BREATHWORK

Breathwork is one of the many mindfulness-based practices that can support focus, engagement, presence, and attention. In a category of its own, breathwork happens to take effect much more quickly than other healing practices such as yoga, meditation, or Qi Gong. Whereas a meditation session might take a bit longer to settle into, breathwork practices that are guided well and with the right practitioner can have an impact in seconds or minutes.

If you’d like to hire me to support your team in feeling supported to improve clarity and focus while also fostering connection between colleagues/teammates, send me an e-mail at counseling@gabriellebodzin.com and I will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

More About Breathwork

Breathwork has a multitude of effects such as supporting the resilience of the nervous system in high stress or high impact environments, increasing the mind-body connection, amplifying creative capacities, and increasing capacity for collaboration and human connection.

A Trauma-Sensitive Approach

A culture of consent and psychoeducation is extremely important when facilitating any kind of breath practice or mind-body connection practice. The way I facilitate breathwork incorporates a continued and growing awareness of increasing accessibility as much as possible, offering variations and modifications for anyone who might experience barriers to engaging in the practice.
