ways to work with me:

Individual, Family, & Couples Therapy:

I am an integrative psychotherapist formally trained in Relational Gestalt, a presence-oriented and body-centered approach to healing. I approach the work with deep curiosity and work holistically, weaving together knowledge from years of psychotherapeutic training, over a decade of experience in mental health, my own journey with chronic illness, and over 400 hours of yoga teacher training. I also apply skills from trainings I’ve done in Somatics, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapies. I continue my psychotherapy training with courses out of the Somatic Experiencing Institute, Science and Nonduality, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute for Trauma and Attachment.

My work focuses on increasing intimacy with self, other, and life itself. in our work together, we will support you in cultivating a life that is aligned with your goals and values, pushing up against systems that inhibit our evolution, healing from trauma, processing existential fears, connecting to your body (and for couples, your partner’s as well), & integrating the depth of the human experience.

I support both individuals and couples who want to heal from repeating unwanted cycles and patterns and build skills to relate more creatively. Our work will support you to deepen in self-knowledge and solidify positive change. Together we will increase self-awareness, learn to deeply care for your holistic self, and create a deep connection to the life you truly want to live. To read more about my approach, click here.

Yoga, Meditation + Breathwork:

I offer private individual, group, and corporate yoga, breathwork, and meditation therapy sessions, corporate sessions (read more about my corporate breathwork services here).

Business Consultation:

I offer business consultation for prospective OR practicing counselors, therapists, social workers, and/or coaches who want to forge their unique path in the world of healing (whether you take a conventional or alternative route) and/or want to create sustainability in your practice to increase client retention, prevent burnout, and establish healthy professional boundaries. I apply my years of experience and training in professional development and personal experience from coaching programs, one year of an MFT program, completion of my MSW, and the 3000+ hours of supervised work that it took to become an LCSW. Together we will create structures that support a lifestyle and/or practice tailored to your deepest/highest visions, goals, and dreams.
